Snappade upp detta på LAN, vet inte om det är aktuellt för någon av Swebricks medlemmar som tillverkat lite Legorelaterade appar och programm, men nu har jag iallafall informerat om det hela. :-)

Applications (Apps) using the LEGO trademark and name


Dear Ambassadors.

Recently our colleagues in the legal department started looking into protecting our brand and trademark in the app-market.

A few of you have experienced your apps receiving a takedown claim for infringement on the LEGO Group's name and trademark.

If you own or know someone who owns an app, please keep in mind the Fair Play Policy on how you can and cannot use the trademark and LEGO name.

Keep the name out of the title and the logo out of the app and also refrain from using digital assets that belong to the LEGO Group without the proper agreements that would allow the use of them.
(If for example, you are an online retailer with a sales app)

This is just a kind reminder as we know that several of you touch on more than one point of the company from selling, to marketing, to hobby, to event planning and so on.
